Different results in partial correlations in SPSS and JASP
Hello!
I ran a series of partial correlations in JASP and SPSS and I got different results. The difference in coefficient size is not high, but the problem is with p-alues - some partial correlations are significant in SPSS, but not in JASP. I also ran the simple bivariate correlations without the control variable - the analyses do not differ in this case. They only change when I introduce the control variable. Is there a difference in how JASP and SPSS partial out variables? Am I missing some options?
Thank you!

I'll ask the team
Dear @Doris,
I am not aware of SPSS using different calculations, but it is possible. JASP uses calculations provided by the ppcor package for R:
If you'd like, you can share your data with us so that we can check the calculations. Otherwise I am unfortunately unable to be more specific.
