Installation issue

in JATOS

I downloaded the JATOS and as instructed tried to  open localhost:9000.

However I was unable to connect since localhost refused to connect.

What are my options?

    Hi, which operating system are you using, and how did you start jatos?

    Do you get any error messages? What's in logs/application.log?
