network analysis - network group color?
Even though I give names to group variables, it just doesn't appear on my result.
How can I fix it?

You mean you want the white nodes to have a color? I am not sure what is going on -- please create an issue on our GitHub page so one of our programmers can take a look (for details see https://jasp-stats.org/2018/03/29/request-feature-report-bug-jasp/)
