I think you've found this in the meantime, right?
Yes, and is it the same thing with "R-package “Network comparison test(van Borkulo et al., 2022)"?

Hi Both,
Just to say that it is not yet possible to perform the network comparison test in JASP. There have been several requests on this forum and on GitHub for this very useful feature! For now, though an interim (I know not ideal) solution might be to save the weight matrix of both networks and perform a simple correlation on them as a measure of similarity. Ideally, though, one would use the NCT.
