Confirmatory Factor Analysis Variance-covariance matrix

I have this problem on my screen, can anybody help me better understand it:

The following problem(s) occurred while running the analysis:

  • The variance-covariance matrix of the supplied data is not positive-definite. Please check if variables have many missings observations or are collinear.

I have already checked, and I do not have any missing observations. I have a total of 167 participants for my CFA and wonder if that might have an influence?

  • Did you look at any collinearity diagnostics?
