Latin Square design data analysis
I have used an online video to see how to analyse a 4 x 4 latin square design data set in SPSS using GLM. I tried to use the same methodology in JASP.
I entered the data the same way as for SPSS
I selected Regression Generalized Linear model
I entered 1 dependent variable and 3 factors
JASP results tell me the default Bermoulli family is not suitable.
Looking at the model dropdown I see nothing that indicates an issue.
I have tried every model in the family dropdown but nothing gives the same results as SPSS.
