ANOVA Empty Cells Error

Hey friends! I was attempting to perform an ANOVA but ran into an error when using two of my categorical variables here. The ANOVA output says there are empty cells but descriptives say otherwise. When my IV’s are plugged in individually there’s no issue, its only when I attempt to run them together. If I switch sum of squares to type II it also runs. I’m not sure if their dichotomous nature has anything to do with it, but thought I’d ask here! Screenshot is attached. Any thoughts?

  • Select FREQUENCIES, CONTINGENCY TABLES. Make one of your fixed factors the ROW variable. Make the other your COLUMN variable. I think you will see that some cells in the table are missing in that they have a frequency of 0.0. That's not allowed in ANOVA. . . .
