Percentage instead of Counts on x-axis in Histogram JASP

edited October 2024 in JASP & BayesFactor

Hey everybody,

I am trying to create histograms with JASP. I do this in "Descripives" with a variable (the county someone is from) that I then split by another (e.g. Gender). Then under "Basic Plots" I tick "Distributions Plots". This works fine. But the y-axis always displays the total number of cases. So e.g. 68 Men were from Berlin, 212 Men were not from Berlin. (All examples are freely invented.)

Instead I would like a relative scale, so that I can compare the groups better. So 40% of Men are from Berlin, 60% of Men are not from Berlin. Where as 60% of Women are from Berlin and 40% are not from Berlin.

How can I change from absloute counts to percentages? Thank you a lot for your help!
