Hey guys can someone help me with the Reliability Tests?
Which one should I choose and how do I know?
By the way, I would like to have JASP in German but I can´t select or download it....

In your screenshot, you can use the mouse to move up and click on "de - Deutsch", right? If that does not work (it works on my system) please post the issue on our GitHub page (https://jasp-stats.org/feature-requests-bug-reports/).
As regards the reliability, you would need to be a bit more precise. Reading an introduction to reliability might also help. There will also be some good YouTube videos (maybe even covering reliability in JASP)
