Infinity Symbol when running Signal Detection Theory
Hi,
I am trying to compute Signal Detection following this article:
However, when I compute dprime, it is returning infinity symbols for some participants. I assume this is because the H and F for some participants is 1 or 0, and google is telling me that qnorm(1) = infinity.
The infinity symbols are preventing me from running any analyses. Are there any work-arounds that will allow me to run my analyses?

I recall that one hacky solution is to add half of an error for those participants that do not make any. The royal road is Bayesian.
