  can you help me please to start using it . what are the steps to install it

  Have you already seen this part of the OpenSesame documentation? There you find a description of steps to take when installing PyGaze and Eyetribe. Try it out. If you get stuck, you can post your problem here.

  and how can I use it to setup my experiment ( Detect user eye fixation duration on screen ) ?

  Also in the documentation, you can find some examples that explains how to begin with an eyetracking experiment. This should provide you with some useful information for your own experiment.
