time between stimulus and response

Hello everybody,
I have classical procedure with stimulus and response. I have a latency between the keyboard response and the disappearance of stimulus really important, perhaps 250-500 ms. Why and how to correct that? (I add that I have a great PC... ;) )

    I added a new sketchpad after response an it is ok!
