edited June 2016 in JASP & BayesFactor

Dear all,
how is it possible to test H1=H0 in the different statistics, i.e. correlation or t-test ?

    Hi Patrizio,

Can you clarify your question, perhaps with a concrete example?

    Cheers,

    For example if the two means obtained with two different groups are similar e.g. with N= 50, M1 = 50.7, SD = 15; M2 = 55.8, SD = 18

    Hi Patrizio,

This would be an independent-samples t-test. For more information please check out the corresponding video on the JASP YouTube page.

    Cheers,
    E.J.
