Variable name practice as "yes" or "no"

I set my a variable name called practice as "yes" in my practice loop and as "no" in my experimental loop. I did this the same way as shown in the video tutorial. But when I try to run my experiment, it gives me an error message saying "practice is not a valid variable name."

  • Hi there! I'm new to OpenSesame and also had this problem

  • Hi, I'm not near my computer at the moment so I cannot verify this, but did you try to change the variable name to see if it works? And could it be the case that your practice loop is also called "practice"? Giving the same name to multiple variables and objects will be problematic.

    Cheers

  • That worked! I changed the name of my variable "practice"

    Thank you
