Correct is always 0
in OpenSesame
I'm making an experiment for the first time. I'm using 'z' and 'm' as keypresses (z for target).
I have filled in allowed responses and correct responses for the stimuli.
The logger registrates the given response and what the correct response should be for that trial.
Still, correct remains 0 over time. Accuracy and avg_rt are also not calculated, this might be related.
The documentation says "The Correct response field indicates which response is considered correct. After a correct response, the correct variable is automatically set to 1; " but I'm wondering if there is a step I'm missing...
Thanks in advance

I already have this variable in my loop.. Thanks anyway
Hi Mimi, I suspect this is an issue of choosing the correct phase (see run vs. prepare). I suppose, you define RT and accuracy in the run phase while not using a feedback item. Is this correct? In any case, read the link I provided, or upload your experiment here. Then you can fix either yourself, or we can help.
Thanks,
