Hi,
I'm conducting a Bayesian chi-square test on JASP, and ran into a problem when comparing three groups. A Bayes factor value is produced, but no additional statistics. The log odds ratio value and credible interval are seemingly calculated only for 2X2 tables - it says so under the checkbox and also in results: "Odds ratio restricted to 2 X 2 tables".
I wanted to ask:
1) Whether the BF I get is reliable, and if so - what does it mean if the hypothesis is group1~=group2 but I actually have three groups?
2) Whether there is a way to work with more than 2X2 tables in JASP?
Thank you very much,
Amir
