I ran it on two different computers, one running windows 7 and one running windows 10. When it crashed, it did so after different number of trials. So far I didn't have any other problem with other experiments...

Sorry to do it again, but it crashed without any changes. It ran twice without any problem but crashed in the third time. That's the message I got: (Image)

ok that's weird. Today it worked without crashing. I'm attaching the file if anyone will want to use it as a template for an AGL task. Thanks! Tali

:) There was no error message, just that the experiment stopped, but I attached the file Thanks! Taku

Hi Sebastiaan Thanks for your response! You are right, I didn't need any nested. I designed it now with advanced loop options and I checked the "resume after break" option. Now for some reason it crushes in the middle of the experiment (E…

Hi Anders I got an error once (can't remember the exact error) when some of the files were saved (not by opensesame but by a user) as a different form of csv file on a mac. So maybe try going over your files and make sure that they are all the same…

Never mind! found a funny way around it.

Thank you so much for keep updating and improving Open Sesame!

more specifically, I want to use a board to build my own button box. I wanted to make sure that Open Sesame can detect a 5Vdc on four different pins . It will be a 5Vdc pulse of about 50 milliseconds. (I will use it with a windows computer) This is…

Perfect! Thank you so much! Here are the screen shots if someone else needs it: (Image) (Image)

This is something that I did for the lab. The aim is to index experiments by their functions, like providing feedback per trial, or provide a break every X minutes, maybe we can do something like that (in OSF for example)? (Image)

That's a great idea dschreij! I'm sure that having examples of experiments can help all of us, especially new users

thanks!

Hi dschreij I have two versions of a vocal response experiment that can be useful for OS users, so I wanted to post them in the OS website (with the other examples for experiments). Is it possible to refer from the OS website to this folder? Thank…

Wow! sounds amazing! thank you guys so much for always improving OS!

Hi Sebastiaan Thanks for your response. Right now it works OK on win7, and because this is an fMRI study, I don't know if testing new plugin will be a good idea... The timing is quite good! I had deviations of maximum 3 ms, and I present stimuli f…

Thanks again Knante! will the same trick work for other widget, like checkbox?
-
Thanks Laurent! It didn't record because for some reason the order of the logger and the form changed. Now it's working great! About aligning - can you please tell me where exactly should I add center=False? Thanks again! Tali

Hi Sebastiaan Thank you. This is indeed the error. for now I'll just use version 2.97
-
Thank you!

Hi Eduard Yes! Thank you very much!!

Thanks Sebastiaan! That's a great idea to test my system! I'll do that! About the multiple responses - I didn't explain myself well. The experiment goes like this: -slide 1: picture (300 ms) -slide 2: Slide saying "how many?" that shoul…

Hi Sebastiaan Thanks for the response! I looked at the discussion you sent, and I noticed that there were issues with how accurate response times are (from the onset of the picture to the first sound participants make). This can be problematic for…

Hi Josh Thank you for your help! I looked at this thread and tried the inline. Unfortunately, I was only able to make it work twice (the other times OS just ended the experiment, and I had to close and open it), so I'm not sure if I can use this …
