Results page freezes and export does not work
Hi,
Suddenly, I cannot access my study results on Mindprobe/JATOS. I was able to download the results on Friday, but now the Results page freezes completely.
When I open the Results page, the “Working...” window appears and the page freezes completely. I cannot click anything. Export also does not work. And that window never disappears. I've been waiting for so long on different browsers.
The browser console shows this error:

Is there a simple way to:
- export the data without opening the Results page, or
- remove the broken result?
I am not very familiar with JATOS technical details, so I would really appreciate simple instructions.

A quick answer and workaround: can you try with a different browser and report back whether it worked?

it's a little bug that will be fixed later today. Whenever a date is
undefinedtheDate.toISOStringthrows an error an stops execution. Apologies, for any inconveniences.Best,
