Why is JASP 0.98.1 so slow?

Why is JASP 0-98.1 so slow? 😢It stands in this position (see screen shot below) for a very long time and I have to restart multiple times.

I am told the reason why you have to wait for initialization so long is because Microsoft is running all sorts of checks in the background....but should take 10 s not more. Otherwise please post on our GitHub page
