Custom missing values not recognised
Dear JASP Team,
since I updated to the newest version of JASP (0.98.1), setting custom missing values does not work the way it is (I think) supposed to and did previously.
I am setting a value (9999) for a variable as missing using the "Use custom values" option. The data view suggests that this has worked, but the missing data point still appears in all results tables. I have attached a screenshot with a minimal example.
I have already tried to drag the variable again into the Variables box to update the analysis, but this does not help. Neither does closing and re-opening the jasp file.
I am using JASP in Windows and this problem is reproducible across several different laptops.
