[open] Button Color?

edited August 2014 in OpenSesame

First off, my thanks to the team for making such excellent software. I'm fairly new to OpenSesame and I can not figure out any way to change the color of a button on a form. I scoured the documentation on form programming and I know how to do everything else I need with buttons...just not this.

I recognize that I could just use the image_button widget and draw the buttons I want from scratch...but that seems like a fairly extravagant solution to what I hope is an easy process.

If anybody can please let me know what I'm missing, it would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome to the forum!

The documentation for form buttons can be found here. Regrettably, it's not possible to change the colour. Your solution would be a very good one, though! Also, if the reason you want your button coloured is to show it is active, have a look at the button's draw_frame method.

    Good luck!
