SCALE -OPEN SESAME

edited January 2016 in OpenSesame

Hi :)
I'm creating an experiment in Open Sesame and i need to know if it is possible to create or if someone have already done this example of an experiment :
A participant have to make a decision in a scale from 0 to 200, it changes the value that another scale has and it shows for the participant to see that change. As long as the participant changes the value on a scale appears in another scale that also moves depending on a formula. Showing that the participant's response is influencing the other scale.

    Hi Daniela,

Do you mean that the scales have to move in "fluid motion", and that participants can click and drag one of those scales? This is going to be pretty difficult, although there may be an existing widget that you could make use of (e.g. http://effbot.org/tkinterbook/scale.htm).

Alternatively, if you imagined it such that participants have to click on the one scale and you update the other by means of one image, this will certainly be possible.

    Cheers,

    Josh
