Hi, I' m using OpenSesame for an experiment on recogntion of emotion
face videoclip. Now, it has been succeed that at a certain point (trial number
14) OpenSesame stop working and on screeen appear "the name of 'riponirabbia3.wmv (the name of file) was not find by video_player "video experiment" (or no video file was specified). What can I do ? Can you help me. Thanks

    Hi Don,

    If trial 1 through 13 worked out nicely, the logic of your experiment should be fine. So the error originates most likely from a typo somewhere, that is, the file you are looking for has a different name than you tell the experiment. Alternatively, the file does indeed not exist. In both cases, try to make sure that all the files are labeled as you expect them to be labeled and located where you expect them to be located.

    Does this make sense?

    Hi Eduard , it is not a question of file name of location. It does not work also putting another existing file in that slot of the sequence. I have solved by creating another block that initiates from file number 14. I think that the experiment was too heavy for opensesame and it has stop working. I don't know....
