Exception: The resource 'sans.ttf' could not be found in libopensesame.experiment.resource()

edited April 2016 in OpenSesame

Hi,

I am currently trying to run a program based on pupil dilation which uses Pygaze, PIL, and Numpy. I used before Opensesame 2.9.7, but I decided to start using the version 3. However, now I am experiencing this issue whenever I try to run the experiment:
Exception: The resource 'sans.ttf' could not be found in libopensesame.experiment.resource()
I found no other comment relevant to my case regarding this resource. Where can I obtain it?

Thanks in advance,

A

    Hi Adria,

could you tell us which platform you running on? Is this Windows or mac? It is strange that this occurs because the sans.ttf is included with OpenSesame.

    Hi Adria,

You can either use the workaround posted here, uninstall vlc-2.2.3-win64.exe or install vlc-2.2.3-win32.exe alongside.

    I reported the issue here

    Jarik
