Reporting Bayesian stats in body text of a paper

Its great that JASP provides publication ready graphs and tables but, unless I'm missing it, there is no guidance on how to report Bayesian stats in an appropriate format in the body of the text. I appreciate there are probably multiple ways to do this "x times more likely...", "BF10=xx", etc, but any chance of some cut and paste-able model text for standard things like a 2-group t-test with default prior? I note that the people that wrote FSL (fmri analysis software) made sure that their cut and paste-able text provides all the appropriate references which probably helps their citation counts no end...

Hi Simon,

I'm working on a JASP manual and it will have sections "Example Report". Until that's finished, your best bet is to look at papers that already report Bayesian analyses (such as my own; see my website :-)).

I am a PhD student at University of London and I've come across JASP over the last year. I'd like to congratulate all of you for this. It's really fascinating. I think I share the comment made by simon. It would be handy to have a section of how to report. I did try to find similar papers reporting bayesian analyses, but I have failed to identify many articles using JASP. In this sense, would you mind sharing your website, EJ?

Hi Will,

It's not ready for prime time (or any time, really). Right now I've only covered the binomial test. But very soon I'll add t-tests, correlation, and ANOVA. At that point I will distribute the manual. But I want to do this right so it will take a little time.

what's the update on the JASP manual? Is it out yet? So sorry if this is putting pressure on you! I've really loved JASP so far but I'm also not sure about reporting Bayes factors and the exact details of the analyses.
