Big differences in number of subjects in a mixed Bayesian repeated-measures ANOVA

Hi,
I was wondering if it is okay to have big differences in number of subjects between groups in a Bayesian repeated-measures ANOVA?

For example let’s say that you have three groups. Subjects from Country 1, 2 and 3 and they do a task at two different time points. But in country (1) you have 8 people, in country (2) you have 30 and in country (3) 38 subjects. Would this be a big problem?

Hi Martin,

I don't see anything in the derivation that would cause this to be a problem. But Richard knows the Bayesian ANOVA inside and out, so I hope he can confirm.
