IO Error: OpenSesame does not install the media player even when there is internet connection.

The error message I get is that a file, similar to something like ff.mpeg. and media player failed to be downloaded. This may be due to no internet connection. If there is an internet connection then this should be reported (what I am doing now). The error message is IO Error.
Basically, this eliminates the item video player in an opensesame file loop and sequence items. But the opensesame file somehow remembers that it is there and asks it, finds it missing, and stops the experiment from running.
Seems like a serious problem.
