psynteract control panel taking too long to initialize

I am installing psynteract into opensesame and thank to this website, I am finally able to download psynteract backend and open the control panel. However, on the control panel page, it says Application initializing. If this state persists, please check whether Javascript is enabled. My Javascript is allowed on Google Chrome and I wonder if there is something else missing in here. Thank you again!

thanks for your post! I'll need to take a closer look at this -- I re-installed everything in our setup, but it looks like a CouchDB update might have broken things. This might take a bit (I'm on vacation), but I will try to get to the bottom of things.
In the meantime, I can confirm that things work on CouchDB 1.6.1, at least on our setup.

Thank you so much for your response! I changed CouchDB 2.0 to 1.6.1 and it works! Thank you again for your help!
