Showing a movie, and "feeling status" simultaneously on canvas+controlling on logging file

Hey everyone!
I need help from someone who knows how to make my programe to be able to show a video and at the same time to show in the corner of the video the last keypress (for the user can know his status).
In addition, i need to get an EXCEL file output with the time in the video of every press and which key was it (only keys 1-5).
I desparate. hope someone would help me.
