Problem with full-factorial design table in Capybara tutorial

Hello,
when I did the Capybara tutorial with my students last week and we entered the loop-table via the full-factorial design table, it did not work properly for some students. They got empty cells in the table, although the table had 150 rows like described in the tutorial. When I tried it myself, I didn't get any empty cells in the table, so I don't know what went wrong. However, despite the empty cells the experiment worked, at least for some students.
Does anyone has an idea what could have happened and how I could fix it?
