Enriching results chapter with Bayesian Factor

Hello,
I'm a psychologist and statistics isn't my best field, so i'm looking for an advice.

Let's say t test gave me result saying that men and women do not significantly differente in the level of their marriage satisfaction (p>.05). If i get this result with a normal t test analysis, can i enrich my results chapter with Bayesian t test showing that there is more evidence either towards null hypothesis or alternative hypothesis?
