Any word on whether JASP will add equivalence testing?

I know that Jamovi supports equivalence testing, but wouldn't it be fairly simple to add it to JASP?

The equivalence test assesses whether the confidence interval lies entirely within a specified interval of interest (say from -.1 to .1). JASP already provides the confidence intervals; the user can perform any desired equivalence test by simply checking whether it falls in between the values of interest. But perhaps I am missing something -- can you explain what functionality we could add?

I would also note that a serious equivalence test (one with reasonable bounds) requires a huge number of participants --upwards of 500-- so I don't believe that the method will become viable in many empiricial disciplines, but that's another matter.
