CancelIoEx not found

during opening the serial port for trigger output ... i get CancelIoEx not found error

device on COM5 is responding to hyperterminal.

i use winXP ... it did work a year ago ... installed the latest version today.. i used the inlinescript:

exp.trigger = serial.Serial('COM5')
exp.cleanup_functions.append(exp.trigger.close)
