Cant run experiment: Pylink not found

Hi!
I want to pilot test my experiment with the EyeLink II eyetracker. Unfortunately the experiment does not run because it says that the Pylink can not be found. I started the eye tracker pc but it seems that my experiment does not see the eye tracker? What to do?

    You didn't install the pylink library from SR Research. This library can be obtained from the SR Research support forum, and is required for communication with EyeLink trackers.
