Conflict with Virus software

I have had trouble loading and running the JASP version 0.9.1.0. It would not load on my computer. My IT department says that JASP conflicts with the McAfee security software. If I disable the McAfee program, I can load JASP. But when the McAfee turns back on JASP will not run. Any Suggestions
