Failed to open file

Hi there,

We have frequently problem by opening a task, which was prepared in one computer, by another computer and receive the error message that I attached as a screenshot.
I would be grateful if you can help me in this sense. Maybe a consistency issue with the configuration of the computer?

    The trick was to NOT sending it as a zip file and rather uploading it somewhere to share or traditionally transfer it by a stick ;)
