How can I adapt a MCQ predefined form ?

1) Is it possible to have access to the widgets or other specific code of the predefined MCQ Form ? I would like to modify the design of the form but the code is not visible in the OS editor.
2) By the way, I am not able to upload files to this forum. Is it normal ?

On the top right of the item, you can select the script view. There you can see a few more settings that you might adapt. If that is not enough, you can easily build your own form, based on the description here :
