Feasibility for developing eye tracking plugin to Open Broadcaster Studio (OBS)

Our organization is looking for an open-source eye tracking capacity that will allow us (ideally) to track and display in realtime eye movements in a graph format similar to the below:
We are currently utilizing the open-source software Open Broadcaster Studio (OBS) https://obsproject.com/wiki/ for our camera displays and they have an ability to develop plugins. There are already several plugins, but none do eye tracking: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/
As a backup to this, we'd also be interested to processing videos (see attached) that already have eye movements recorded to produce a graph/video similar to the above, but does not need OBS integration.
Is this feasible using PyGaze? If so, what kind of developer/organization should I be looking to engage to develop this plugin or standalone application? Thanks so much for your assistance!
