Cutomizing plots in Bayes Factor package
Hello everyone,
I've been using the Bayes Factor to peform analyses of regression, correlation, etc. One approach that I like is the posterior function that plots the distribution with its trace plot. However, I'm wondering if there's a way to customize the plots. I would like to add the median, ROPE, and 95% HDI, for example. Something similar to Kruschke's t-test plots. (Maybe the possibility to change the filling color of the density plot too)
I know the basics of using the plot/ggplot2 functions, so I'm not sure if there's a way within the R programming kit to manually do this. If anyone have insights on this issue I'd be thankful.
Cheers,
Arthur
