Help needed with sound recording output file
in OpenSesame
Hello,
I'm setting up an immediate serial recall experiment with openseame where participants repeat 4 words they just heard. I need a sound file to be create for each trial, however at the moment I only get one audio file (the last trial) eventhough the log shows 2 trials.
What did I get wrong?

Hi Cloe,
This is just a guess, but I assume the output file is overwritten on each trial. What other options do you have except "append suffix to file"? Can you also specify the file name directly? If so, you could do that on every trial, so that overwriting would not be possible. Of course that only make sense of the files are actually overwritten. Could you check that? For example, by running the experiment in window mode and check whether a file has been written to the folder, after the first, but before the second trial?
