Browser Compatibility

I read that:

The following browsers are supported:

Edge >= 17
Firefox >= 52
Google Chrome >= 49
Internet Explorer >= 11
Opera >= 56
Safari >= 10

I am using version 3.3.0 and OSWeb 1.3.7 and the experiment cannot run on Internet Explorer and Edge (both latest versions).

Edge error: "OSWeb has stopped running due to a fatal error."

IE error: "No error on console, just nothing loads"

Any idea how to make my experiment compatible with these 2 browsers?
