What decides color of lines in descriptive
I am currently making a presentation, and I am struggling with a stupid problem. In my first experiment lvl1 of my independent variable is the white line in the descriptive graph (Bayesian ANOVA) and lvl2 is the black line. However, in my 2nd experiment, the situation is reversed (which makes the graphs unnecessarily complicated to compare for listers). I've tried changeing the order of the data in the input-file. Renaming variables etc, but I can't seem to change which condition is described as the white or black line in either experiment.
So - what decides which factor will be the white and the black line, and is there any way for me as a user to have control over this?
EDIT: By some random reason the order of the variables changed when I redid the analyses for Exp1. So the problem is solved for my part. Would still be good to have control over these things though :)
