Hello.

I would like to specify contrast to perform post hoc on mixed models. Can anyone help?

Hi Santos,

it depends on what is your question. For example, if you want to test for a difference between Won and Draw condition, you can set the corresponding rows to 1 and -1. The coding symbolizes taking the estimated marginal mean in the Won condition and subtracting the estimated marginal mean in the Draw condition. The "Contrasts" table then shows the estimate of the difference with corresponding test statistic and p-value.
