Create .jzip programatically

Hi,

i was wondering if there is a way to "Jatosify" studies programatically.

By this i mean the workflow of creating a study, placing its assets in the study_assets_root and then exporting it in .jzip format.

You can also point me in the right direction and i would be open to creating such a tool)
