screen resulotion and aspect ratio

I am using OSWEB and it is great!

one of the problems I face is that I dont know what kind of monitors my subjects have.

I am running all my experiments in full screen

my question, is there a way to get the subject screen resulotion (I know that I cant get the actual screen size)

and define the OSWEB resulotion at the begining of the experiment/

e.g. - if I get a 4:3 resulotion --> I will define 1280:1024 and then go to full screen

if I get 16:9 --> define 1920:1080

That link might be useful to you. With a javascript_inline item you probably will be able to get the width of the window. I suppose that is the browser width/height, not the screen width/height, but if the experiment is run in full screen that should be the same. You can then use these measurements to compute screen coordinates of your stimuli.
