Time-series analysis with Bayesian analysis on JASP
We are conducting a clinical single case experimental study in which there were four phases of treatment for analysis, each phase consisting of 10 treatment trials separated by equal time intervals. Is there a way in which JASP can be used for a times-series analysis of these data by calculating a T value as well as Bayes Factor for comparison.
