Uploading OSWeb study - Destination directory cannot be created
Hi,
I'm trying to upload one of my experiments to the university's JATOS server, but I am presented with an error message:
"Destination '/opt/docker/study_assets_root/42949425b17fe3a56623265790d05e1d' directory cannot be created"
I thought at first that it was the experiment's size (I have 18 MB of pictures and audio files, since it is a long experiment), but smaller experiments have this issue too. Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue here?

Hi Jelle!
My first guess is that you university's JATOS server is out of disk space. Can you contact your admins and ask them this?

I contacted the helpdesk and they referred my question through to the IT department, although with the holiday season they don't expect an answer anytime soon. But they too suspected that the server had run out of disk space.
Either way, I have access to a new JATOS server and my experiment is running just fine on it :)
