Correction for multiple comparisons
Hey!
I would like to conduct post hoc tests to verify the hypotheses concerning the interaction effect. There is no problem if they are to compare the level of the within factor, in each of the between groups. However, when I would like to make comparisons between groups, but inside the within factors, a correction for multiple comparisons will be required. I have read an article about such corrections (https://psyarxiv.com/s56mk) and I understand that there is such a possibility, but the problem arises from the technical side, hence the question - are you familiar with packages or maybe sample scripts where for a similar scheme a multiple comparison correction for an interaction effect has been implemented?

I've also wandered whether conducting 2 separate anovas, 1 for each within condition with between factor as independent variable in JASP would work? Would correction implemented in JASP work in such situation? Each condition is used for same number of comparisons in such situation, so probably this could be a way to go!
