Meta-Analysis/Meta-Regression
I am currently working on a meta-analysis on the topic of effects of endurance training on executive functions. In the course of the moderator analysis, I performed a meta-regression using these instructions: Meta-analysis in JASP - JASP - Free and User-Friendly Statistical Software (jasp-stats.org)
This is my first meta-regression and unfortunately I am having trouble interpreting the data. Is a moderator only significant if it leads to a heterogeneity of > 0.001 and shows a p-value of < 0.05 in the coefficient table?
Which p-value from the coefficient table do I use to describe the moderator in my paper, the intercept p-value or the p-value reported for the moderator variable?
I would be very grateful for help!
Nikolai
