JASP vs. SPSS differences
I have computed a Bayes Factor for the same Repeated Measures ANOVA (2 levels) uing both SPSS and JASP and there are different results.
Also SPSS gives always the same result and JASP in each run sliglthy different.
These are exactly the same data.
I dont understand what are the differences between these two, maybe the used methods differ but I could not figure it out from the criteria since both softwares have slightly different inferfaces and options to select.
If anyone can say sth, I would be grateful.
